Meetings and public officials
Where meetings are held, how public comment works, and how to reach the people who will decide.
Entries below marked “not yet published” are placeholders. We will not guess a public official's email address: a wrong address means your comment silently goes nowhere, which is worse than no address at all. Each will be filled in from the Town's official roster, with the date it was checked.
The people you are writing to are your neighbors and, in the case of staff, public employees doing a job. Comments that are specific, factual, and civil get read and quoted. Comments that are abusive get discounted, and they make the whole neighborhood easier to dismiss. Please keep correspondence to the merits of the application.
Editorial standard
Every claim on this site carries a label
A neighborhood dispute is exactly the situation in which rumor travels faster than record. So we tag each statement with what kind of statement it is, and you can hold us to it.
If something here is mislabeled, or a document contradicts a summary we have written, tell us and we will correct it in public rather than quietly.
